This Privacy Policy describes how Mahorobase Inc. ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Nagi (the "Application" or "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

• Application — the mobile game Nagi, provided by the Company.

Data We Do Not Collect Directly

Nagi does not require account registration. We do not directly collect your name, email address, or payment information.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• IP address (approximate location at country/region level)
• Unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID)
• App usage events (session start/end, game events, in-app purchase events)
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only non-personally-identifiable purchase confirmation. We do not store your payment information.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party SDKs. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy and may collect data independently.

Adjust (Analytics & Attribution)

We use Adjust (by Adjust GmbH) to understand how users discover and install Nagi, and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Adjust may collect:

• Device identifiers (IDFA, Android Advertising ID, or derived identifiers)
• IP address (used for country-level attribution, then discarded or anonymized)
• App install and session events
• In-app event data you generate (e.g., level complete, purchase)

Adjust does not build individual advertising profiles and does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Opt-out: You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

AppLovin MAX (Advertising Mediation)

We use AppLovin MAX (by AppLovin Corporation) to display advertisements within the Application. AppLovin MAX is an ad mediation platform that may serve ads from multiple ad networks.

AppLovin and its partner ad networks may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, Android Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size, language)
• IP address (used for approximate geolocation)
• App usage data for ad targeting and measurement
• Interactions with advertisements (views, clicks)

This data may be used to serve personalized or contextual advertisements. If you have opted out of personalized advertising on your device, ads will be served without behavioral targeting.

NativeShare

When you use the share feature, NativeShare (an open-source library by Süleyman Yasirkula, MIT License) invokes your device's native sharing dialog. No data is sent to external servers by this library; sharing destinations are determined solely by your device and the app you choose to share to.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To measure and analyze app performance and user engagement (via Adjust)
• To display advertisements (via AppLovin MAX)
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Retention

We retain Usage Data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Third-party providers retain data according to their own retention policies.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

AppLovin MAX is configured to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate advertisements when a child-directed treatment flag is active.
